I am writing this letter to you today to express to you how very pleased & grateful I am with the services of the spray foam insulation application you performed on my job at 641 Broad River Blvd in Beaufort, SC. I can honestly say that I have seen & used several other spray foam installers & none of them hold a candle to your work ethics, workmanship or the quality of your product. Your experienced crew & state of the art equipment showed up on my job, ready to work. While the foam mixture was warming to temperature & the equipment being readied, your man in charge did a visual & thorough walk-thru of my whole job, pointing out several key issues, both good & bad, his knowledge was very critical & well appreciated. We came up with a game plan in a matter of minutes & the work began. Your guys were very efficient & technical, in a matter of hours I had a great product professionally installed, even better than my expectations and the best application I’ve ever seen in recent years. You even managed to fix & repair my previous applicators mistakes. My job was left clean & un-littered, definitely the only sub-contractor on the entire project to come & conquer with no mistakes or setbacks. You have the first ever spray rig I’ve seen function all day without a single hiccup, you’ve obviously done your homework & research in building a "state of the art" spray rig. You definitely have a “class act” “first rate” crew & company. I sincerely do appreciate everything you have done for my project; I am looking forward to many more projects in the future using your quality services.
Just an update, It’s been a couple of weeks since you installed my spray-in foam & we’ve had a few cold days. I am amazed at how well & how long the house is holding heat. You can open the door during the days heat, draw it in with a fan, & amazingly it hold the heat throughout the night. I can also turn on a small propane heater in a matter of 30-45 minutes heat the entire 3500 SqFt up to 75-80degrees & it holds it practically all day. You definitely have a remarkable product & I’m very anxious to see the result of how efficient the HVAC system works in this house. The sound transmission levels are astonishing, it’s so quite that it’s almost deafening. I am looking forward to many years of enjoyment in this home, Thanks again!
